
Slow Cooker Italian Meatball Soup
Good, easy, hearty winter soup. That is all.
1 (16 oz) bag frozen cooked Italian meatballs, thawed
2 cups beef flavored broth
1 cup water
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
1 (19 oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon dried onion
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese, for topping
1 Combine all ingredients except cheese in slow cooker or crock pot.
2 Cover and cook on low for 8 – 10 hours.
3 Top servings with cheese.
