
Italian Sausage and Spinach Pasta
Another yummy and easy 30 minute meal to add to the list!
12 ounces pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
2 cups marinara sauce
1 bunch spinach
salt and pepper
shredded Parmesan cheese
1 Cook pasta according to package directions.
2 Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook, breaking it up into small pieces, until it begins to brown, about 6 – 8 minutes.
3 Add marinara and simmer until sausage is cooked through, about 3 minutes. Add spinach, season with salt and pepper and cook, tossing, until spinach starts to wilt, about 1 minute. Toss with cooked pasta. Top individual servings with Parmesan.
