I bought way to many of these rolled wafer cookies for the dessert charcuterie boards I made so I’ve been looking for recipes to use them in. This one was yummy but really only yummy fresh out of the oven because when they sit the cookie gets a little soft and mushy so not very yummy anymore. So make them and eat them right up!
1 roll refrigerated crescent roll dough
16 Pirouline dark chocolate rolled wafer cookies
chocolate chips or candy melts
1 Heat oven to 350. Place each crescent roll triangle on a clean work surface. Place one cookie on the large end of the roll and roll once then place another cookie next to it and roll the rest of the way up. Place on baking sheet seam side down. Repeat.
2 Bake for 10 -12 minutes, until dough is cooked through and golden.
3 Melt chocolate chips or candy melts in microwave for 1 minute, remove and stir, then microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Drizzle over rolls.
