
I think they’re my new favorite noodles too. Next time I want to add a bunch of veggies to them.
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
4 garlic cloves, minced
8 ounces thin spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
4 green onions, sliced
1 In a large skillet, melt butter. Add soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, and garlic and mix to combine.
2 Turn off heat and add spaghetti, stir to coat with sauce. Add green onions and stir one last time.
