YUM!  They look a little funky but taste so, so good!  This recipe comes from a blog called “Inside BruCrew Life”, her treats look better than mine so check it out.

1 lemon cake mix

8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, softened

1 egg

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1 cup shredded sweetened coconut

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup sprinkles

1  Combine cake mix, butter, egg and lemon juice until soft dough forms.  Press into bottom of greased 9 x 13″ pan.  Layer white chocolate chips, marshmallows and coconut on top of dough.  Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk, covering everything as much as possible.  Top with sprinkles.

2  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (mine seemed a little well done so maybe check them at 20 – 25 minutes).  Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
