Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

OK, this was delicious, easy, and fast, my three fav things in a recipe.

1 sliced yellow pepper

1 sliced orange pepper

1 sliced red pepper

1 sliced red onion

1 pound chicken breast, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon cumin

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 Heat oven to 400.

2 Place sliced veggies and chicken on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Stir to coat with oil.

3 Sprinkle all seasonings over mixture and stir to combine.

4 Bake for 10 minutes and then stir. Bake for another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
