1 cup butter, softened

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

5 cups powdered sugar

1 tablespoon lemon zest

yellow food coloring, about 1 drop

1 In mixer bowl, beat together butter and lemon juice until combined.

2 Add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, until creamy.

3 Add lemon zest and food coloring until combined.
