Marshmallow Roasting Campfire Cupcakes

I made these for the Young Women from our church who are up at Girl’s Camp this week.  Bob and I got to go up last night for dinner and an inspirational meeting with them and got to bring treats!

Marshmallow Roasting Campfire Cupcakes

This idea is all over Pinterest, it was pretty easy to put together.

1  Bake chocolate cupcakes in brown or black cupcake liners, click here for the recipe that I used.

2  Make buttercream icing and dye it orange.  Using a 1M tip, swirl it on top of the cupcakes to make it look like fire.

3  Break about 1/4 of each pretzel stick off then arrange about 5 pretzel sticks to form the logs around the fire.

4  Stick a small marshmallow on a toothpick and stick it under a pretzel log to hold it in place on the cupcake.
