Chili Tortilla Bake

This made a pretty big pan and it was gone the next day.  Thinking about making it again soon.  It was that good!

1 pound hamburger

2 (8 oz each) cans tomato sauce

1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup frozen corn or 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained

1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies

2 tablespoons dried minced onion

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon oregano

4 – 6 whole wheat or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1  Cook beef until no longer pink.  Stir all ingredients except tortillas and cheese and heat through.

2  In a 9 x 13″ pan sprayed with cooking spray, layer half the tortillas, beef mixture and cheese.  Repeat layers.

3  Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 – 30 minutes or until bubbly.
