Chocolate Hazelnut Pirouline Fudge

It’s not Christmas without fudge, am I right? This one tastes really great but is super crumbly, as you can kind of see from the picture.

1 cup butter

1 cup Nutella

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 pound powdered sugar

22 or so dark chocolate or chocolate hazelnut Pirouline rolled wafer cookies

1 Grease bottom and sides of 8 x 8″ pan. Line pan with parchment paper then grease parchment paper.

2 Put butter and Nutella in a large bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes then stir. Cover and microwave for another 2 minutes.

3 Remove and stir in vanilla and sugar. Mix until fully incorporated and a dough forms.

4 Press half the dough into the pan then top with cookies in single layer over fudge, breaking as needed to cover entire pan. Top with rest of dough then cover with a piece of parchment paper directly on fudge and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

5 Cut into cubes and store covered tightly at room temperature.
