Friday was Courtney’s 21st birthday and I wanted to make her something fun!  She and Jaren came over last night for a birthday dinner so I spent some time on Saturday making this birthday treat for her.  The idea came from the book “What’s New, Cupcake?” by Karen Tack and Alan Richardson.  I made all the cupcakes butter pecan as that is Courtney’s new favorite flavor.  I love making stuff like this!  The instructions are pretty long so if you want to make this, check out their book, it’s totally worth buying!  Happy Birthday Courtney, I love you!
