Another Halloween treat from my treat making days!  These “Zombie Eyeballs” come from a blog called “eighteen25” and couldn’t be any easier to make.

1 bag square waffle pretzels

1 bag Wilton lime green candy melts

1 bag M&M’s

red sprinkles (I couldn’t find any red sprinkles so I used red decorating sugar instead)

black icing (I couldn’t get the black icing to work very well so I used mini chocolate chips instead)

1  Lay pretzels out on a cookie sheet.  (I lined my cookie sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.)

2  Place 1 candy melt on top of each pretzel.

3  Bake at 250 for about 4 minutes.  Remove cookie sheet from oven and sprinkle with red sugar or sprinkles for bloodshot eyes.  Then add an M&M with M side down.  Add a black icing dot (or a mini choc chip) in center of each M&M for pupil.

4  Let set for about an hour to harden.
